1000 4th Street Apartments: RFP for Consultants
The development will be comprised of 134 residential units for very low and low income families, including 27 units for formerly homeless households as well as 8,700 square feet of ground floor commercial space at the 1000 Fourth Street parcel (Block 13 East) in the Mission Bay South Redevelopment Area. An RFP has been issued for associated architectural, engineering and other design related services. Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Participation is strongly encouraged.
