On behalf of the Directorate of Public Works at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland, the Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Meade (MICC-Ft. Meade) intends to issue a solicitation for a Firm Fixed Price contract for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of passenger and service elevators, dumbwaiters, and handicapped lifts in various buildings on Fort Meade, Maryland. A date and time for a voluntary site visit for all interested contractors will be provided in the solicitation. The site visit is intended to give interested contractors an opportunity to see the various types of elevators and lifts that make up the requirement and to ask any questions prior to submitting an offer. The site visit is voluntary and attendance is at the discretion of interested contractors.
