099 AACRAO Assessments
The Philadelphia Office of FLC Contracts Department is purchasing International/Foreign Academic Credential Assessment and Evaluation services in support of the National Defense University, on a brand name sole source basis from American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers pursuant to FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1).
Award for a firm fixed price contract is anticipated. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Capability statements received by 23 July 2014 will be considered by the government and reviewed solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The government will not pay for any information received.
