099 Lease of tent, stage, and chairs.
FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Office intends to procure rental services for set up and removal of:
1. One (1) 100' x 300' tent without sides with white tent pole covers, red event carpeting inside of tent, and one (1) 80' red carpet runner with one (1) 75' Marquee in length.
2. Thirty (30) pedestal fans with extension cords.
3. One (1) 24' x 60'x48b high stage with red skirting, to include two (2) sets of stairs with hand rails.
4. 3,100 black or gray, folding chairs; to include set up in accordance with diagram to be provided.
5. One (1) attendant during the event on June 12, 2014. (6/12/2014, 6am to 1pm).
This contract action will be a fixed firm price contract.
This solicitation will be issued as a commercial RFQ in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This requirement will be solicited as 100% small business set-aside. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 1 May 2014. The closing date of the solicitation will be on 7 May 2014 at 12:00PM (noon) Eastern Standard Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. The RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at https://www.neco.navy.mil and will also be available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The requirement will utilize low -price, technically acceptable evaluation.
