The City of Santa Rosa desires to contract for the construction of a one-story apparatus bay, site work, electrical and utilities connections, plumbing, excavating, paving, grading, storm drains, curbs, walkways, foundation and the coordination and set up of a previously purchased modular building. Detailed scope of work listed within Technical Specifications, Exhibit B.
The work under the resulting contract will include furnishing of all labor, materials, services and transportation, except as specifically excluded, which is required for completion of the project in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract document. The estimated Engineers Cost for the project is $800,000.
