It is not a Critical Safety Application (CSI) item nor is it a commercial item. The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This item is sole source to Parker Hannifin Corporation. This agency does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, Parker Hannifin CAGE 98441, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval package, (SAR).
