The County is seeking proposals to upgrade and replace their Voice Recording Solution (VRS). The system is used to record the analog and digital phone and radio traffic utilized in the 911 Communications Center. Specific proposal will be needed to provide not only recording of voice and data but to guarantee access to the over 3 terabytes of existing recording. The responder’s are also asked to provide a proposal that would allow for future expansion of the system to meet upcoming Next Generation (NG) 911 requirements.
