Urban Design Study
County are hereby requesting proposals from qualified multidiscipline firms to develop an implementation plan for downtown. This plan seeks to analyze and recommend the potential for the first phase of development within the overall redevelopment region in particular the areas of water, sewer, stormwater, and structured parking, and infrastructure to serve the development/re-development of downtown.
