Ticketing Distribution Services for University
The University is looking for a partner with the strategic vision to enable us to accomplish
several goals, including:
• Maximize ticket sales and ticket-related revenue for our venues, events and teams.
• Execute all ticketing and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) functions (campaign management, contact
management, etc.) in one integrated system solution. CRM consists of the processes a company uses to track
and organize its contacts with their current and prospective customers. Information about customers and their
ticketing preferences can be accessed by different internal departments to market certain events.
• Maximize customer data capture, analytic capabilities and reporting.
• Offer opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell tickets, food and beverage, merchandise, etc.
• Provide a compelling and positive customer and brand experience.
• Utilize a system that meets the highest current standards of technology, speed and reliability.
• Provide a system that can capitalize on new and emerging technologies, maximizing customer experience and
revenues
