Roof Renovations and Siding Replacement
Work on six houses installing a new standing-seam metal roof (approximately 1,308 square feet per house), removing existing metal siding and installing new insulation, air barrier and metal lap siding. Other work includes modifying roof curbs, VTRs and roof flues, removing and replacing soffit panels, gutters, light fixtures, electrical outlets and exhaust hoods, and other work as necessary to complete the project.
