RFQ/P Strategic Planning Support Consultant
The University is soliciting Proposals for selection of consulting organization to facilitate a strategic planning process and related institutional research on the University campus in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal. The Owner is requiring that Statements of Qualifications, Proposals and HUB Subcontracting Plan be submitted at the same time, but submitted in separate, sealed packages.
