Public Health Centers HVAC Upgrades
Work under this Contract consists of replacement of HVAC equipment in two Public Health Centers. Work includes replacement of fan terminal units; replacement of gas heating element in existing air handling unit at each location; installation of a small air-conditioning unit for a communication closet and improvements to the Building Management System (DDC). Minor electrical system revisions to support the mechanical system upgrades are also included.
