Park Playground Renovation
Construct children's play areas including necessary repurposed concrete seat wall/retaining wall, demolition, removal and salvage of specified items; rough and fine grading; construction of concrete surfaces, walks, curbs, stairs and ramp; Play area (pre-teen and tot lot) as well as the installation of site amenities and play equipment and safety surfacing; landscape installation (plant material), adjust existing irrigation and other work as shown on the Approved Plans and Specifications.
