The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide the City with property tax assessment services. Services include, but are not limited to preparation of assessment rolls, inspections, market analysis, data listing, and consulting. The City is a City of approximately 20,000 residents
located in Southeast Michigan. The City currently has approximately 5400 parcels with a taxable value of $309,194,034
