The purpose of this RFP is to obtain an attorney or law firm whom shall be readily available to perform the following legal services, as requested by OWCAP's Agency Administrator and/or the Chair of the Board of Trustees.

Ogden Weber Community Action Partnership, Inc. (OWCAP) is a nonprofit organization that serves Weber County in the State of Utah. OWCAP is a private, nonprofit corporation and has been determined to be exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It is governed by a 21 member volunteer board of directors. Administrative offices and all records are located at 3159 Grant Avenue in Ogden.
