Fair Housing Consulting Services
The Area Council (H-GAC) is seeking the services of a qualified consultant team to support the development of a Fair Housing Equity Assessment (FHEA) as part of the Regional Plan for Sustainable Development (RPSD). The FHEA is intended to identify baseline conditions for fair housing, social equity and areas of opportunity across the region; inform deliberations of the coordinating committee; and, inform the RPSD. The consultant will assess data collection and analysis results through a fair housing lens, build team capacity, and assist in the development of indices, feasible recommendations and best practices.
