This RFP is soliciting responses for Co-Location Services from Data Center Service Providers who will be either constructing a new facility within the State of Michigan (State), retrofitting an existing facility or using existing facilities. The purpose of this RFP is to transition Data Center support services from State-owned facilities to a qualified vendor's facilities consisting of a primary data center and one or more secondary data center/s to support disaster recovery and backup. Data Center support services are not included within the scope of this RFP accordingly; the State will maintain responsibility of remote management of application hosting, database support, networking services, etc.
