Business Retrofit Coordinator
The Business Retrofit Coordinator will focus on small businesses that are approximately 10,000
sq. ft. or less. The goal of the CPW small commercial sector program is completion of a
minimum of 175 small commercial energy audits and retrofits by June 2013. The small business
program has a specific focus on restaurants and corner grocery stores. These retrofits will
achieve a minimum of 15% energy savings in each business. In order to reach the energy
savings targets, the Office of Sustainability and Environment (OSE) and its partners are making
available a suite of strategies, including loans, technical assistance, and funding incentives to
the businesses.
