The City, acting through its Department of Aviation ("Department"), invites the submission of Qualifications and a Cost Proposal ("Proposal") for Concessions Management Services ("Services") to provide the Department with the Services set forth on the attached Exhibit 1 for the International Airports. The intent of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to select a most qualified Respondent proposing to provide the Services under the terms that the Department deems to be the most advantageous to the City.
