(RFQ) DESIGN SERVICES FOR NEW CITY PUBLIC WORKS COMPLEX AND ADDITIONAL RELATED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES. Scope of work includes but is not limited to architectural/engineering design teams to prepare bid-ready designs and specifications for the construction of a new public works complex. The project consists of designing a new Public Works Complex that will replace the aged existing complex. The Complex contains two Departments: Public Works and Purchasing. Public Works is further divided into five divisions: Administration, Streets, Stormwater, Property Maintenance and Vehicle Maintenance. The new building is expected to provide not only additional administrative space, but storage and work areas as well in order to be fully functional.
