(RFP)SC-18-469 Upgrade Spedding Hall Windows
Ames Laboratory, under prime contract DE-AC02-07CH11358 with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), has a requirement for an Complete removal and replacement of all windows within the original 1953 Spedding Hall building; new perimeter sealant; new sill flashing; miscellaneous plaster and drywall repair associated with demolition and installation of windows; sanding and repainting of existing exterior steel lintels. With this Request for Proposal (RFP), you are invited to furnish a fixed-price proposal for this requirement, along with an add alternate. A proposal form is provided in Appendix D.
All work is to be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings and terms and conditions.
