(DCFS) Provide Outpatient Sex Abuse Treatment Services
This is a Request for Proposal (REQUEST) issued on behalf of the Utah State Department of Human Services, Division of Child and Family Services (DHS/DCFS). The purpose of the REQUEST is to enter into contracts with qualified Offerors for outpatient sexual abuse treatment services for clients in each of the DHS/DCFS regions throughout the State of Utah. This REQUEST replaces RFP #60279 and #60318, which are now closed. (Contractors with contracts awarded under RFP #60279 or #60318 who wish to continue providing services must respond to this REQUEST because contracts awarded under this REQUEST will supersede all contracts previously awarded under RFP #60279 and #60318.)
