The Department of Veterans Affairs NETWORK Contracting Office 15 is seeking potential sources for the purchase of the following Insulin pump supplies for the Location: Department of Veterans Affairs, VA CMOP Charleston -766 3725 Rivers Ave, Suite 2 North Charleston, SC 29405-7038.:
1. 400 boxes of ANIMAS IR CARTRIDGE 2ML 1200, Catalog# 262560 Stock#: 100-0124-01 (NO SUBSTITUTES) 10 per box and the Cartridge Capacity MUST have NO LESS THAN 200 units of U-100 (2.0 mL).
2. 400 boxes of SET, INFUION ANIMUS Stock#: 100-0183-00 (NO SUBSTITUTES) 10 per box
3. 400 boxes of SET, INFUION ANIMUS Stock#: 100-0181-00 (NO SUBSTITUTES) 10 per box
