(5) CNC Tool Room Mill
The City of Springfield School Department is seeking competitive bids for five (5) CNC Tool Room Mills. Vertical Machining Center at a minimum shall have: 30"x12"x16' (xyz) machine travels, a 7.5 hp, 4,000 rpm, variable speed spindle, a full table chip and coolant guard, a coolant pump and tank system, brushless serve motors on all three axis drives, standard CT40 taper cooling, a pneumatic drawbar which uses pull studs and one year warranty covering parts and on-site labor from the date of installation. Include freight and set up. Estimated total cost is $125,000.00.
