This RFQ is issued as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedure (FAR Part 13) and is issued in anticipation of a firm fixed price contract for (28) Pickup Trucks, FY19 for DPAA, Vietnam.

The Government intends to award to the responsible offeror whose offer is the lowest Responsive and Responsible offer. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition.
Responsible offerors must be active in System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 b System for Award Management. All questions are due by 6 March 2019 at 11:00 AM, Thailand Time. The quotation closing date is 22 March 2019 at 11:00 AM, Thailand Time. Both questions and quotation can be submitted via email.
