The work encompasses complete design of an approximately 330 bed residential housing building comprised of 90% double occupancy semi-suite units, 7% single occupancy semi-suite units, and 3% single occupancy semi-suite resident advisor units, with all associated infrastructure, support spaces, and site development. See ATTACHMENT C for a graph of living concepts for this project. The residence hall is to be built on the Central Oregon Community College Main Campus in Bend, Oregon.
