Janitorial Supply Products
The Northlands Job Corps Center (NJCC) and Education & Training Resources (ETR); located at 100 A MacDonough Drive, Vergennes, VT. 05491 are desirous of a fully insured Janitorial supplies vendor to submit a bid on the federally funded project mentioned herein; and if successfully awarded the subject contract, to satisfactorily perform the following work project according to the established criteria contained within same. Bidders must have a "Dun & Bradstreet" (DUNS) number to be awarded a federal contract and provide documentation of such. Bidders must be registered in "System for Award Management" (SAM) before being awarded a federal contract and provide documentation of such. Final bids are due to this center, not later than October 30, 2014 at 4:00 PM EST. Point of contact for this project is the Purchasing Department. Scope of Work
Vendors are needed to provide and deliver Janitorial supply product items for the 220 +/- students of the Northlands Job Corps Center.
All vendors must completely fill out, sign and return the "NJCC-2015-Janitoral Supply Products Bid Information Sheet" found on page two of this scope of work with their proposal.
All vendors must use the "NJCC-2015-Janitoral Supply Products Bid Sheet December 1, 2014 - November 30, 2015" for individual pricing of all Janitorial Supply items, and submit it electronically in the provided Excel format to: linda.pixley@etrky.com. All other required items can be submitted by fax, mail or sent electronically.
All items are to be bid as written. When a specific brand name and model/style is requested-DO NOT substitute another product. Substituted items will not be considered in this bid.
