"On Call" Architect and Engineering consultant Services
The Authority is seeking the services of a highly qualified engineering/architectural consultant to provide on-call design services for the Authoritys capital improvements program, reimbursable projects and other reengineering services and studies. The services will involve the design of new facilities as well as upgrade and/or expansion of existing ones. A wide spectrum of engineering disciplines may be required such as architecture, civil, electrical, mechanical and structural, preliminary engineering, environmental studies, utilities, etc. The contract term is five years. The successful A/E will be required to demonstrate that it possesses the necessary expertise in-house, or that it has the ability to acquire the expertise through sub-consulting agreements.
