"GCRTP" Treatment Program
The Cook County Sheriff's Department of Women's Justice Services (DWJS) is issuing this Gender and Culturally Responsive Substance Abuse and Mental Health Treatment Program (GCRTP) Request for Proposals for the Sheriff's Female Furlough and Women's Residential Programs in order to contract for two gender and culturally responsive substance abuse and mental health treatment programs designed for women in order to respond to the critical substance abuse and mental health treatment needs of criminal justice involved women and to develop gender and culturally responsive services for this population.
