1. The vendor shall provide Navy Booodborne Infection Management Center with equipment, maintenance/warranty and repair/replacement services on F5 hardware which include the following criteria:

• F5 BIG-IP SERVICE PREMIUM (LEVEL 1-3) for Serial # F5-HHGL-BMIG
• F5 BIG-IP SERVICE PREMIUM (LEVEL 1-3) for Serial # F5-TKII-VAIH


2.The vendor shall:


a.Provide customer with remote technical support and diagnostics (at customer's discretion) for the duration of the Agreement.


b.Provide the ability to create, edit, upload and modify F5 support cases through Web Support 24 hours a day.



c.Replace any equipment as required under the terms of the purchased service agreement.


d.Provide initial hardware warranty.


e.Provide live technical support specified on this service contract. Provide updated versions of software, to include maintenance and feature releases at no additional cost to F5.
