The University is working on the successful completion and start up of our new Chilled Water Plant this spring (2010). After several years and six phases of construction work, the new chiller plant will begin operation by feeding chilled water to five existing university buildings. The university partnered with the State and retained the services of a consulting engineer/architect to achieve this success. The University is very satisfied with the results of the project and the services provided by the consulting E/A to date. This current project titled Phase VII will continue the tie-in of seven additional existing buildings to the Chilled Water Plant. The University is seeking a qualified MEP/Civil Engineer to implement this project. In addition, solely at the discretion of the University, the selected engineer may be assigned to design several additional chilled water tie-in projects over the next five years.
