Mandatory pre-bid meeting 03/31/2010.

Contractor shall remove the chiller and cooling tower, together with associated piping and equipment. Contractor will be responsible for all electrical work, as well as, providing and coordinating crane service for the removal of major components. Prime bid will be awarded to a single contractor.
