Pre-bid walk-through 03/16/2010 (attendance strongly recommended).

This will be a season long contract for three (3) site locations.

The contract work will begin on or about the second week in April 2010 and end on or about the first week of November 2010 to include all of the following work;

a.One Time Per Week mow and trim all grass areas identified in the Pre-Bid walk through.

b.One Time Per Month trim/prune all shrubbery plants for the months of May, June, July, August, September, and October. Weed all beds 1x per month.

c.Pesticide and Herbicide Applications Must be performed on May 29, 2010 and September 4, 2010 and must provide seventy-two (72) hours timeline for both days.
i)Pesticide and Herbicide applications shall be made by certified applications.
ii)Certification and MSDS sheets for all fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides must be submitted at the time of bid submittal.

d.Special Clean Up of all shrubbery plants, de-weeding of flower beds, and trim edge of all grass areas for the Building Open House. This Special Clean Up must be coordinated with the building principals or head custodians at each site location for actual work dates.
i)Successful bidder must adjust schedules as needed to allow for special dates (open houses etc.)
