REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK SERVICES Kilgore College will be accepting Construction Manager At Risk Proposals from interested Construction Managers until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 24, 2010. The project will consist of: The major renovation of the Engineering Science Building located at the Kilgore Campus. Proposal packages may be obtained from Tammie Pascoe, purchasing agent, (903) 983-8105. Sealed proposals are due at Kilgore College, Attn: Tammie Pascoe, 1100 Broadway Blvd., Kilgore, TX 75662 by 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 24, 2010. Proposals will be reviewed and ranked according to the criteria established for the project as published in the proposal package. Kilgore College Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any or all formalities and award a contract only in the best interest of the institution.
