The County is soliciting proposals for police vehicles. You are invited to participate in the proposal process. All proposals received will be publicly opened at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 and only the name(s) of those proposers responding will be mentioned.

Any questions and/or specifications that may need clarification must be submitted in writing no later than February 16, 2010 prior to the bid opening date. Forward all inquiries to kay@glynncounty-ga.gov or the Purchasing Division at the Reynolds St. address above.

Should your company be interested in submitting a proposal for these vehicles, proposal documents are open for Public Inspection at the Glynn County Purchasing Agent's Office at 1725 Reynolds St., Ste. 300, Bwk., Ga. 31520. Copies of proposal documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Division by sending a request via Email: kay@glynncounty-ga.gov or clee@glynncounty-ga.gov. Documents are in electronic form and can be e-mailed. There is no charge for the documents. Requests for documents must be accompanied by project name, mailing address and phone #. If you chose to download the documents you must send an e-mail to kay@glynncounty-ga.gov or clee@glynncounty-ga.gov providing your firms name, mailing address, contact information and requesting to be placed on the plan holders list. In order to receive official communications regarding this project you must be listed as a plan holder.
