Attached is Solicitation for SmarTrip Regional Customer Service Center, for your review and consideration. This is a competitive procurement; award will be made to the entity offering the Best-Value to the Authority, Technical and Price considered. The Authority is seeking the services of a qualified entity to develop and operate the SmarTrip Regional Customer Service Center. The duration of the prospective contract is a base period of three years with two one-year option periods.
