Boone Avenue; Spokane, Washington*-Lewiston/Clarkston Plan Center; 2117 12th Avenue; Lewiston, IdahoCopies may be obtained at the office of J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc., located at 422 W. Riverside Avenue, Suite 304, Spokane, Washington 99201, (509)458-3727, upon payment of SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($75.00) for each set, which is non-refundable.Each bid must include a 5% bid security in the form of a bond, certified check, or cashiers check. The owner also reserves the right reject any and all bids, to waive minor irregularities in the bidding process and to postpone award of the contract for up to 30 days when in the best interest of the owner. Performance and Payment Bonds at 100 percent of the contract amount shall be required for contract execution.This contract will be funded in part by the FAA and is under and subject to Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1965, and to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Federal Labor Provisions.
